Social Networking Resume Posting Site!

I’ve written many times before regarding the dangers of doing a “public” job search only.

People need to “balance the job search equation”. Which means emphasize a private, “networking” part of job search.

Having said that people need understand that they must also engage in the public job search. That’s why I call it balancing the job search equation!

Along the lines of public job search. Not all public resume posting sites are the same. One really needs to be careful in this area.

Recently I discovered a new place to post a resume. It’s called Sideskills.com and I think you should check out.

One of the things I like about the site is there embracing a “social networking” approach to job search and posting resumes. I also like the site because they have a really nice video tutorial on how to get started and what to do. Of course it’s free, the testimonials of and very good. And there’s a chance you can find a job and get paid pretty quickly online. That’s the way it looks to me anyway-why don’t you check it out. See what you think!
