But I am sick and tired of dealing with anal-retentive, get upset over every little things, severely uptight, socially inept, think they know everything, one mistake and your fired people.
I need a Career where I am around people with basic social and communications skills. Any Advice?

You already have the best job, stop dreaming of changing your job! All bosses are the same, you change your job, you get the same type of boss! And don’t say others have no basic social and communications skills, if you do, you don’t have them too.
