create a new one using either wordpad or notepad. yahoo keeps that resume on it’s servers for by requests from employers. i don’t think it can be exported.
i ran into the same problem.

It’s hard to say because I don’t know what business you majored in, but go to this website. It gives information on majors, careers, and says how much the average salary is. I love it!

One of the fastest growing occupations in America today is that of a loan officer-to be more specific a Mortgage Broker.

Even though one would have to have their head in the sand to not realize that real estate of all kinds has been taking a hit sense 2008, the real estate market seems to be coming back.

Something else that I’ve noticed and that has been talked about is that ever since 2008 it has been a “buyers” market.

At any rate, one occupation that is growing at the rate of approximately 20% a year, and is expected to do so between now and 2018 is the occupation of Mortgage Broker.

The following are some titles that pretty much equal being a mortgage broker:Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Mortgage Loan Officer, Relationship Manager, Commercial Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, Business Banking Officer, Commercial Banker, Corporate Banking Officer, Portfolio Manager.

It goes without saying that to become a mortgage broker requires some mortgage broker training.

In fact, I believe there is a law now that requires people in this field to get mortgage broker training of some kind.

Some of the skills that mortgage brokers would have to master and or develop would be the following:

*Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

*Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively.

*Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

*Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

*Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

*Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people.

*Social Perceptiveness — Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

*Writing — Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.

*Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

*Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems, etc.

Well enough of this, I just wanted to highlight the fact that becoming a Mortgage Broker is a “hot” opportunity in these unusual financial times.

Oh, almost forgot, the pay is not bad either! The “median” pay is almost $30/hr! Not bad.
